This month take time to look at nature….the trees and plants letting go of their leaves and flowers . Making time to restore, heal and nurture the foundations of its structure, ready to rejuvenate and shine bright in the spring . Maybe we should try this technique to help our bodies and minds . This month let go of things you don’t need anymore, be kind to yourself and others, slow the pace.

Find time in your day to do my videos and find a peace and contentment that will restore your body and flow.

Each month buy 5 new videos and build up a collection of 30 minute Pilates videos with Gaby  for you to enjoy at your own leisure.

Do pilates with Gaby at any time or day that suits you with her 5 pre recorded 30 minute videos .

Do a different video everyday or repeat one all week and then move on to the next video until you have done all 5. The videos can help you gain a confidence in your movements through repetition.

Upon purchase you will receive an email with access to the videos, this can take up to 24 hours.  Make sure to check your junk email as it can sometimes end up there . You will have access to your videos for up to 6 months so even if you buy the package at the end of a month they wont disappear .
