Do a different video everyday or repeat one all week and then move on to the next video until you have done all 8, helping you gain confidence in your movements.

Upon purchase you will receive an email with access to the videos, this can take up to 24 hours.  Make sure to check your junk email as it can sometimes end up there .

You will have access to your videos for up to 6 months so even if you buy the package at the end of the month they wont disappear .
