Breakfast Smoothie

Another easy breakfast is a smoothie. My kids often make this in the morning before school. You just chuck it all in to a blender and its ready to go . There are two I make the Green one and the Pink one.

 

The Green one

Method

Put all your ingredients in your blender and blend. I sometimes add a few ice cubes at the end .

Ingredients

  • Banana
  • Handful of oats
  • Oat milk
  • 2 frozen spinach lumps
  • Handful of almonds
  • Cacao nibs
  • Tablespoon of peanut butter
  • Sometimes add Maca powder
  • Sometimes add frozen blueberries
  • Sometimes add dates

Have fun and try new things you want to add.

 

The Pink one

Method

Put all your ingredients in your blender and blend. I sometimes add a few ice cubes at the end.

Ingredients

  • Frozen rasberries
  • Handful of oats
  • Oat milk
  • Sunflower seeds
  • Juice of half an orange
  • Chopped up apple or pear
  • Sometimes add frozen blueberries
